Marcin is a partner at MELD, an attorney and a manager with many years of experience in legal services for business. He gained his experience at international advisory firms, including a law firm within the BIG4 network, and in managerial roles at a private equity fund and at a company with State Treasury shareholding, where he was responsible for legal and compliance matters.
He specializes in corporate law, M&A transactions and succession advisory. He advises owners of family businesses on passing assets and management to the next generation, including the establishment and operation of family foundations. He handles international transactions and corporate projects, as well as negotiations of key importance to clients. He has worked with private equity funds on financing, acquisitions and disinvestments.
He graduated in law from the University of Silesia and completed postgraduate studies in commercial and economic law at the University of Wrocław.
