Karolina is an attorney at law with over fifteen years of professional experience in providing legal services to large entrepreneurs operating within international capital groups. For several years she worked for companies belonging to the BIG4 advisory network, and then for a several years she gained experience advising within one of the leading law firms in Poland.

Karolina specialises in real estate law, with a particular focus on the implementation of investment projects, transfer of rights to real estate and the use of real estate. Her experience includes i.a. providing legal adivory to the expansion departments of foreign retail chains and international groups of automotive manufacturing companies, in the course of which she participated in numerous transactions of acquisition/ disposal of rights to real estate, legal due diligence of real estate, as well as providing opinions and structuring real estate transactions.

Karolina also has extensive experience in advising on restructuring and reorganisation projects of commercial companies and groups of companies, both those related to entity transformations and those of a contractual nature.

Karolina has also significant litigation experience – she represented clients in disputes related to infrastructure investments and other significant construction projects, including those implemented under the FIDIC model contract.

Karolina is a PhD in law (Ph.D. thesis on the law of the groups of companies under the supervision of prof. zw. dr. hab. A. Witosz). She graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in corporate law at the Warsaw School of Economics. She completed her legal training at the Regional Bar Association (OIRP) in Katowice. Karolina is also a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and a tax advisor.
