Kamil is an attorney at law with over a decade of experience in providing legal services for business. He started his career in law during his studies by working for Cracow’s law firms. From the very beginning he focused on corporate and contract law in various industries, including in particular: FCMG, IT, pharmaceuticals, postal and heavy industry. Among many projects he advised his clients in M&A matters, companies conversion or processes of raising capital by alternative means (crowdfunding or venture capital) and protection of intellectual property.
He has extensive experience in negotiating contracts and conducting disputes at various stage (pre-court as well as in court). He advises clients on day-to-day business from legal perspective and pursues his private interests including intellectual property and legal aspects of new technologies.
Having advised on many projects, he is characterized by business sense and a flexible approach when supporting clients.
He graduated from law studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, during which he took part in the American Law School co-organised with the Columbus School of Law The Catholic University in Washington (D.C.).
