Interim Management
Interim Management is a service in which an organization involves an external expert to perform specific management tasks within the organization that consist in implementing concrete changes, managing an emergency situation or professionalization of areas of activity.
Within Interim Management we provide comprehensive support in building ownership and organizational structure for the entry of an investor, as well as in the processes of reorganization and liquidation of an enterprise or a group of companies.
Within the services provided, we implement comprehensive regulations of organization management and corporate governance. We also represent owner’s interests at the level of management bodies or supervisory board.
Moreover, in terms of the shadow management, we support individual managers with knowledge, supervisory and formal/legal experience.
