Marcel is a legal advisor with several years of experience in providing legal services to entities in the real estate, energy and IT industries. He holds a master’s and doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
He gained experience in renowned law firms in Cracow and Warsaw, as well as in the legal team of the energy company Tauron Polska Energia S.A., where he was a member of the team handling litigation and strategic transactions. In addition, he worked in the legal team of the Murapol development group, and subsequently in the DL Invest Group, where he coordinated its legal team.
He specializes in business law, including corporate law. He has extensive experience in asset deal and share deal transactions related to real estate development projects. He has led or participated in many transactions aimed at obtaining financing for projects or properties. In addition, in his career he has advised IT/TMT companies on new technologies and data protection, as well as on AML. He has participated in numerous due diligence studies, was a member of the team preparing M&A transactions, and has also served as a proxy and liquidator of a company.
Marcel is the author of numerous publications on civil law, business law and new technologies, and has been a speaker at conferences on these issues.
