Bartosz is a trainee advocate at the Katowice Bar Association, specializing in legal services for entrepreneurs, particularly in court disputes, administrative proceedings, and investment–construction processes. He gained professional experience both as an in‑house lawyer in the legal department of a nationwide property developer and in law firms providing comprehensive legal support to businesses, mainly from the construction sector. Previously, for a period of five years, he worked in financial audit for an international corporation belonging to the so‑called “Big Four,” where he was involved, among other things, in financial audits of banks and entities in the automotive industry.
In his practice, he deals with broadly understood civil, commercial, and administrative law, with particular emphasis on construction and investment processes, both from the contractor’s and the contracting authority’s perspective. In addition to providing legal services to entrepreneurs, he also handles criminal‑law protection and civil‑law support for individuals, including inheritance law, family law, property law, and the pursuit of compensation claims.
Bartosz graduated with distinction in Administration and Law from the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is currently continuing his advocate training at the Katowice Bar Association.
