Kamil is a legal advisor with over 12 years of experience in providing legal services to companies. He began his career while still a student, gaining practical experience in Krakow law firms, where he specialised in corporate law and contract law. Over the years, he has worked with clients from various industries, including IT, new technologies, game development, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.
Kamil has experience in leading projects in the areas of M&A, restructuring, intellectual property protection and capital raising (including crowdfunding and venture capital). He also has extensive experience in contract negotiation, intellectual property protection and representing clients in disputes at all stages, both pre-litigation and litigation.
At MELD, Kamil focuses on advising on corporate law, HR, gamedev, and IT & new technologies. His approach combines legal knowledge with business acumen, allowing him to support clients flexibly and effectively in achieving their goals.
Kamil graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in law. During his studies, he participated in the American Law School, co-organised with the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University in Washington, D.C. He is also a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.
