Michał is an attorney at law and tax adviser with several years of professional experience in tax consultancy and tax and legal services for companies with Polish and foreign capital, mainly from the manufacturing, new technologies and financial services sector.
Michał specialises primarily in the area of income taxes (CIT and PIT), as well as restructuring, international tax issues and tax proceedings.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and completed legal training at the Krakow Chamber of Legal Advisers.
