Adam is a partner at MELD and a legal counselor with more than a dozen years of experience in providing legal services to businesses. Previosly worked for 10 years at international law firms belonging to the BIG4 as a partner.
Adam specializes in providing legal services for reorganizations, M&A and real estate transactions, as well as advising the energy and new technology sectors. He provides both project consulting and ongoing legal support to businesses. He has repeatedly managed the legal aspects of complex reorganizations within capital groups, including those involving public companies on the main market. He advised on the processes of buying and selling businesses and real estate, providing comprehensive legal support at every stage of the transaction. He has been involved in regulatory consulting for Polish and foreign companies in the energy sector. As part of his day-to-day legal advice, he was responsible for coordinating the work of a team of lawyers in a way that ensured comprehensive handling of the company’s legal affairs.
Adam graduated with a law degree from Jagiellonian University. He passed the bar exam by obtaining the best score in the examination commission at the OIRP in Cracow. He is involved in legal journalism and is the author of dozens of articles on legal issues, as well as co-author of a commentary on energy law published by C.H. Beck. He has made numerous presentations at national and international conferences on legal issues.
