Stanisław is an attorney-at-law with experience in the day-to-day legal support of businesses, gained while working at reputable law firms in Silesia. At MELD, he supports clients in corporate matters, M&A transactions and projects related to the energy sector.
He specializes in commercial and corporate law as well as M&A. He advises on company incorporations, reorganizations, liquidations, and other matters relating to the operation of companies and capital groups. He has participated in numerous transaction processes, including due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and the terms of commercial agreements, including complex investment agreements and joint venture projects.
Stanisław also advises on succession projects, including those involving family foundations – both at the stage of structuring and when implementing corporate solutions supporting asset transfers and ownership governance.
He also advises on energy law, with a particular focus on renewables and the trading of electricity and energy commodities, including work on contracts based on the EFET standard, licensing-related projects, and investment support.
He graduated in law from the University of Silesia in Katowice. He is a member of the OIRP in Katowice.
