Radosław is an attorney-at-law with more than ten years of experience in legal services for businesses. He gained experience in Silesian law firms and in international consulting firms belonging to the BIG4 network.
He specializes in legal advisory for entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of corporate and contract law, with a particular focus on construction investments and litigation, as well as out-of-court legal disputes in this regard.
He advised entrepreneurs on ongoing legal advice in the area of the investment programs, the purpose of which was to adapt CHP plants to meet the environmental requirements of the EU Directive on Industrial Emissions (IED).
He has significant experience in legal management of EPC contract execution and performance. He also specializes in claims management.
Radosław has graduated in law from Jagiellonian University. He is a member of OIRP in Katowice.
