Michał is a trainee advocate at the Bar Association in Bielsko-Biała. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, as well as M&A transactions. He has gained experience both in Polish and in the largest international law firms.
Michał specializes in providing corporate services to entrepreneurs and in M&A transactions. He has participated in transactions on both the Polish and international markets, involving private companies as well as publicly listed companies.
He supports entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations, reorganizations, AML matters, and in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts. He has also provided corporate services to entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Michał also assists entrepreneurs in reorganizing their businesses or succession planning through family foundations.
He graduated with honors from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and is continuing his advocate apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Bielsko-Biała. In his free time, he enjoys road cycling and sailing.
