Corporate law M&A
Michał is a trainee solicitor at the Bar Association in Bielsko-Biała. He specialises in commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions and project finance.

He advises entrepreneurs on ongoing corporate services, reorganisation processes and AML issues, as well as on the preparation, negotiation and analysis of commercial contracts. He has provided corporate services to public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including supporting them in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
In the area of transactions, he supports processes on the buy-side and sell-side, including structuring and preparing complete transaction documentation. He also assists in the creation of joint venture structures and leveraged buyouts (MBOs).
In the area of project finance, he participates in the preparation and negotiation of debt financing documentation and security packages.
He also advises on reorganisation and succession projects involving family foundations, including planning and division of ownership functions, transfer of assets and shares (including contributions to the holding company), shaping corporate governance and inheritance rules in the articles of association, as well as ongoing support for foundation bodies and relations with beneficiaries.
He graduated with honours from the Jagiellonian University. In his free time, he enjoys road cycling and sailing.
