Katarzyna is an attorney at law with extensive experience gained through her collaboration with key entities in the energy, construction, and real estate development sectors. She specializes in energy law, construction law, and real estate law, with a strong focus on providing legal support for complex investment projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and transactions related to the acquisition and disposal of assets.
Katarzyna has a wealth of experience in advising entities operating within the energy sector, including both renewable and conventional energy sources. In her practice, she has provided legal counsel to energy companies in the implementation of strategic infrastructure investments. She has supported enterprises in the implementation of Best Available Techniques (BAT) conclusions for some of the largest conventional energy sources in Poland. Her involvement in the renewable energy sector includes providing legal support for offshore wind energy projects, as well as wind farms and photovoltaic plants. Additionally, she has participated in numerous transactions concerning the sale of energy assets and the restructuring of entities in the energy market, ensuring comprehensive legal assistance in the processes of selling companies, assets, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Katarzyna also possesses extensive experience in advising entities within the construction industry. She has supported companies engaged in both linear and large-scale infrastructure construction projects, offering guidance on legal aspects of major infrastructure investments. Her scope of work has included overseeing the legal aspects of project implementation, negotiating contracts with subcontractors, and securing the necessary administrative and environmental permits.
Katarzyna has worked as an attorney at law for leading real estate development firms, where she was responsible for the comprehensive legal handling of investment processes. She has significant experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate, as well as in the execution of large-scale development projects. In her practice, she has assisted developers in creating legal structures for investments, negotiating agreements, and managing legal risks. She has also managed teams of lawyers, supervising the legal support of numerous investments at various stages of their implementation.
Katarzyna holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed her legal advisor apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice in 2013.
