Agata During her career, she has provided services to entities from the real estate, construction, manufacturing and service industries, including road and rail transport, as well as the energy sector.
In her work to date, she has provided comprehensive support and legal advice to entrepreneurs, both in the field of corporate services, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as during court proceedings.
Agata has implemented projects related to the implementation of regulations on electromobility for entities from the energy sector and the review and negotiation of infrastructure contracts for entities from the transport industry.
Agata also has experience in real estate transactions, advising entrepreneurs on the purchase and sale of real estate, as well as participating in court proceedings with developers.
In the field of litigation, she has also represented entrepreneurs from the construction industry, both on the investor and contractor side, and has conducted comprehensive debt collection.
Agata completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.
