Marek is an attorney at law with over a decade of experience in providing legal services to businesses. He gained his experience in law firms operating in the Silesia region. He specializes in legal advice in corporate law, contract law, with particular emphasis on commercial contracts and contracts for the infrastructure, automotive, and A&E sectors.
He provided ongoing legal advice and carried out project consulting for manufacturing companies, entities in the automotive industry, infrastructure sector companies, and companies operating in the A&E sector, including for entities that are part of international capital groups.
He also has significant experience gained from a series of M&A processes and LDD carried out for entrepreneurs operating in the energy and real estate markets.
Marek graduated with a degree in law from the Silesian University. He is a member of the Regional Bar Association (OIRP) in Katowice
