Dariusz is passionately developing his expertise in finance, management accounting, and controlling. He began his career in 2002, progressing through all organizational levels \u2013 from an inspector to the roles of chief accountant and Financial and Investment Director. He managed large interdisciplinary teams, including accounting, HR, investments, and public procurement.<\/p>

He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in accounting. He holds the accountant certificate number 24195\/2008. Currently, he is further enhancing his managerial skills through an MBA program at the WSB University in D\u0105browa G\u00f3rnicza.<\/p>

He specializes in restructuring projects, optimizing organizational structures, and implementing solutions that increase tax efficiency. He has extensive experience in the implementation of integrated ERP systems and the development of dedicated analytical tools and chart of accounts to support the management teams of medium and large companies. Since 2005, he has been collaborating with a leading ERP software producer, and since 2003, he has been involved in preparing tariff applications for the water and sewage sector.<\/p>

In his work, Dariusz values consistency, transparency, and long-term relationships. He believes that the strength of a modern organization lies in the conscious integration of people, knowledge, and technology.
