Michael is an attorney at law registered in the list of legal advisors at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors inKatowice. He gained his professional experience in reputable Silesian law firms.<\/p>

He specializes in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs, particularly in the area of contract law and corporatematters. He supported clients in the area of public procurement law, both on the side of ordering parties andcontractors. He has extensive experience in construction processes, drafting and reviewing construction contracts,subcontracts and design work contracts. He has participated in renewable energy projects, including wind power andphotovoltaic farms. He is currently expanding his expertise to include issues related to personal data protection(RODO).<\/p>

Michael also has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and administrative cases. He has representedclients before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court, as well as before public administration bodies andadministrative courts, successfully defending their interests in complex legal cases.<\/p>

In addition to his work as a attorney at law, Michal served for two years as Director of Organization and Developmentat a medical center in Katowice. This gave him experience in medical law as well as contracting and billing with theNational Health Fund. This experience also allowed him to gain managerial competence and practical knowledge ofrunning a business.<\/p>
