Marzena is an attorney-at-law with more than fourteen years of experience in providing legal services to businesses. She gained experience in Silesian law firms.<\/p>

She specializes in legal advisory for entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of contract law and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on commercial and IT contracts.<\/p>

She provided ongoing legal advisory to manufacturing companies, entities from the automotive and heavy industries, as well as enterprises from the IT, IP, TMT and e-commerce sectors.<\/p>

She has significant experience in preparing and negotiating various types of B2B contracts, such as investment contracts, contracts for the implementation of investment projects, IT contracts including implementation, service and development contracts, contracts regulating the transfer of rights or granting a license to use objects of intellectual property rights, contracts for the provision of cloud services, contracts for the provision of services in the SaaS or PaaS model, as well as various types of framework agreements or general terms and conditions of contracts (GTC) typically concluded by entrepreneurs as part of their business. She also has experience in preparing and auditing contracts concluded in the B2C formula, in particular standard contracts, terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services and for e-shops.<\/p>

In addition, Marzena conducts trademark registration proceedings and advises on matters related to personal data protection.<\/p>

Marzena graduated in law from the University of Silesia and completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the Jagiellonian University.
