For 6 years, she gained experience at an international consulting firm belonging to the BIG4 network.<\/p>\n

Katarzyna deals with commercial law in its broadest sense, providing full legal services to entrepreneurs, including in particular corporate matters and labour law issues. Katarzyna has repeatedly provided comprehensive support to Italian investors at every stage of their investment in Poland, starting from the introduction to the Polish market through ongoing legal advice.<\/p>\n

She is a specialist in legal issues of human resources management. She has participated in numerous projects concerning the processes of restructuring and corporate reorganisation of entrepreneurs and capital groups. . She has also participated in many projects involving analysis of the legal status of companies, enterprises and real estates. She has experience in servicing and negotiating commercial agreements in business.
Katarzyna graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and completed her legal training at the OIRP in Krakow.
