services for companies with Polish and foreign capital, mainly from the manufacturing, new technologies and financial services sector.<\/p>\n<p>Micha\u0142 specialises primarily in the area of income taxes (CIT and PIT), as well as restructuring, international tax issues and tax proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and completed legal training at the Krakow Chamber of Legal Advisers.<\/p>\n<p>He conducts training in tax law and is the author of numerous publications in this
