Marcin is a partner in MELD, an attorney and a manager with several years of experience in legal services of business. He gained his experience in international consultancy companies of BIG4 as well as on managerial positions in a private-equity fund and in a company with State Treasury shareholding, where he was responsible for legal and compliance matters.<\/p>\n

He specializes in corporate law, M&A transactions, compliance and white-collar crimes consulting. Marcin has experience in strategic and legal-business consulting in international transactions and reorganizational projects as well as in negotiation processes of crucial importance for the clients. He was responsible for creating foreign holding structures in i.a Dubai, Cyprus and England. He cooperated with private-equity funds in the processes of providing financing, acquisitions and disinvestments. He advised members of boards of directors in the public sector and the owners of the biggest Polish private companies.<\/p>\n

He held positions in the governing and supervising bodies both of private (private-equity funds, IT and new technology companies) and public sector.<\/p>\n

He graduated law at the University of Silesia and post-graduate studies of commercial and economic law at the University of Wroclaw. He is an attorney.
