Adam is a partner of MELD and a legal advisor with several years of experience in the legal services for enterprises. Earlier, for over 10 years, he has worked in an international law firm providing legal advice within the BIG4 network as a partner.
Adam specializes in reorganization technologies, M&A transactions and real estate transactions, as well as advisory for the energy sector and the new technology sector entities. He provides services concerning projects, as well as ongoing legal support for enterprises. He has managed the legal aspects of numerous reorganizations of capital groups, including companies listed on the stock exchange main market. He advised in the course of purchase and sale of enterprises and real estate, providing comprehensive legal support at every stage of the transaction. He has been involved in the regulatory consultancy for Polish energy sector enterprises, including in proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Office and SOKiK. As a part of ongoing legal services, he has been responsible for managing the team of lawyers, ensuring comprehensive legal services.
Adam graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University. Passing the legal adviser exam, he gets the best result in the examination committee at the District Chamber of Attorneys at law in Krakow. He deals with legal journalism and is the author of several dozen articles on legal issues, as well as a co-author of a commentary on energy law issued by C.H. BECK publishing house. He has performed many times in the national, as well as international conferences on legal issues.
